Editing Program Income

You can add, edit, and delete the anticipated amount of program income during the proposal period for which support is requested.

1. Open the eSNAP Menu page for the desired grant (see Querying eSNAP Reports for details).
2. Select Edit Business | SNAP Questions & Checklist to open the SNAP Questions & Checklist page.
3. If you have made any changes to any information on the page, click Save before editing the program income.
4. In the Program Income section, click the hyperlink to open the Program Income page (ESP7016).
5. To add program income:

1. Complete the Program Income form, noting the following:
• All fields in the form are required.
• The start and end dates describe the program income period. The dates entered must be within the project period dates and are in the format of MM/DD/YYYY.
• The anticipated amount must be greater than zero.
• The information entered in the Source(s) of Income field is limited to 50 characters.
2. Click Save & New to add the new information to the Program Income list.
6. To edit program income:

1. Click the Edit hyperlink in the Action column for the desired income row. The Program Income form is populated with the selected information.
2. Edit the fields as required, and click Save & New to update the information.
7. To delete program income:

1. Click the Delete hyperlink in the Action column for the desired income row. The Delete Program Income page (ESP7014) opens and is populated with the selected income information.
2. Click Delete to finalize the deletion and return to the Program Income page with the updated information.
