Conference Series

EA Program participants may be eligible for the Academic/Community Partnership Conference Series grant (U13). The Conference Series grant requires academic institutions to develop partnerships within their communities with the goal of identifying health needs as they relate to women and minority groups.

Applicants for this U13 Program are expected to propose a series of meetings, workshops, or symposia designed to:

  • Define the community or audience of interest
  • Establish partnerships between academic institutions and the local community, including but not limited to schools and school communities
  • Identify the community’s views of its health problems
  • Develop a research agenda that aligns the community’s identified health problems and the grant-receiving institution’s research priorities

Please visit the Division of Special Populations Academic/Community Partnership Conference Series page to learn more about this opportunity.
