#936AFNI Bootcamp
 
Description:
This five day class will introduce the user to FMRI data analysis and visualization with the AFNI software package. The class will be conducted in a computer lab, and will contain a great deal of hands-on practice with the software.
 
Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be familiar with the following topics:
  • An introduction to AFNI concepts
  • Visualization of 3D and 4D data with AFNI
  • Formatting MRI data for use in AFNI
  • Linear data analysis
  • Carrying out the Talairach transformation
  • Volume registration to compensate for subject head movement
  • Region-of-interest (ROI) drawing and use
  • Cortical surface visualization and analysis with SUMA
  • Analysis of multi-subject data using t-tests and ANOVA
Who should attend:
NIH staff involved with Functional MRI studies
