For users familiar with the basic functions of FlowJo, this class will teach attendees FlowJo's compensation tools, specialized analysis platforms, expanded visualization tools, and QC functionality. FlowJo has a number of model based analysis tools that let users perform specialized analysis such as DNA/Cell Cycle, Kinetics, Proliferation, and Statistical Comparison in rapid fashion. The last hour will be available for attendees to bring their own data (or use demo data) and experiment hands-on with FlowJo with an instructor available for questions.
