This course acquaints participants with the goals, roles and activities of working capital funds (WCF) and how they function in the federal government. It describes the utilization of a revolving fund concept in designing a business-like enterprise to operate within the federal government environment. You will learn the process and cycle of operations for revolving funds; the goals, objectives and methods of cost accounting for working capital funds; and the unique aspects of cash and cost management.
