General instructions about the availability and format of NLM RFP's

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to receive amendments to any RFP, potential offerors must immediately notify the cognizant Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer at the Internet address identified on the RFP face page. Amendments to RFPs could include changes to the proposal due date, changes to the Statement of Work and any other changes deemed necessary. The Government is not responsible for issuing RFP amendments to organizations that have not contacted the cognizant Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer.


The NLM Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Available Page has been established to provide interested parties with quick and easy access to selected NLM contract solicitations which have been synopsized in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps).

The RFPs contained on this page were adapted from the Uniform Contract Format outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.204-1. Each RFP is presented in Adobe Acrobat 4.0, Portable Document Format (PDF).

Questions concerning a specific RFP should be directed to the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer identified on the RFP face page (Part I, The Schedule).
