Biostatistics Branch

Research Summary

The Biostatistics Branch carries out basic and applied research dealing with statistical issues of relevance to environmental health. The Branch's members develop new methodologies or apply existing techniques in novel ways to address environmental health problems. The Branch also provides computational, database and statistical support to Institute scientists through the Statistical Consulting Service, and microarray and bioinformatics expertise. The Branch offers training at regular intervals and members collaborate in both short-term and long-term research projects throughout the Division of Intramural Research. Clarice R. Weinberg, Ph.D., is Branch Chief.
