Those seeking help can reach Disability Linkage LineTM by calling 1 (866) 333-2466 during regular business hours. Disability Linkage Line TM Resource Specialists will provide one-to-one assistance to help people learn about their options and connect with the supports and services they chose. |
There is no wrong call to Disability Linkage LineTM. Common requests include information and referrals on disability benefits programs, home modifications, assistive technology, personal assistance services, transition services, accessible housing, employment, social activities and disability rights. |
For people who are looking for resources over the Internet, Disability Linkage LineTM is a partner in the statewide resource database found at http://www.minnesotahelp.info/, which is sponsored by the Minnesota Board on Aging, DHS and other partners. |
The DSD Stakeholder E-List is a list used to send information by e-mail to a large group of people. This list is open to advocates, consumers, counties, DHS staff, disability organizations, legislators, providers, tribes and others who wish to be part of the group. There is no charge to be on the list. |

ECHO Emergency and Community Health Outreach produces monthly public TV shows on channel 17 that address health and safety issues for limited English proficiency populations. Some of their past programs have been about Early Childhood Screening, Avian Flu and Birds, Avian Flu and Pandemic, HIV and AIDS Awareness and How to Use 911. Information is currently being offered through Web pages, television, phone and e-mail in English, Khmer, Somali, Vietnamese, Lao, Spanish and Hmong languages. |

The MHCP Member Help Desk is available to answer coverage and benefit questions for Medical Assistance and General Assistance Medical Care members at (651) 431-2670 or toll-free 1 (800) 657-3739. The help desk answers calls between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
