Elsie Fisher

Ms. Fisher will celebrate 25 years of Federal Government Service in August 2007. Elsie's career in business and administration expands over 33 years. During her career she has worked with senior executives in the Federal Government and at the IBM Corporation. Midway in her career she left the Federal Government and worked for IBM for eight years. Elsie has worked in the following Federal Agencies: the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC); the Department of Energy (DOE); the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Dept. of Commerce; the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Dept. of Treasury; the Dept. of Health & Human Services (HHS) at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and HHS/NIH at the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Ms. Fisher is looking forward to working in with the staff in the Technology Transfer Branch and NCI.
