Life is good. Something about this position ... or it may be the fluorescent lights ... really invigorates me. We just got funding for a new project, which will be supported by a contract for the supplies and services needed.

I want to do it right this time. So first I'm going to make sure I understand who does what in the acquisition process. Let's look at the responsibilities of the people involved in awarding contracts.
