Performance Management
Performance management is the systematic process whereby management involves its employees, as individuals and group members, in improving organizational effectiveness in accomplishing the organizational mission and goals. Plans should be provided to employees within 30 days of the beginning of the appraisal period, or within 30 days after transferring into a new position.
