Genomic Core:
The LCBG Genomics core (http://gc.nci.nih.gov) was established to provide assistance to PI’s within the laboratory, and CCR when appropriate, with respect to a variety of genomic applications including, but not limited to, database mining, SNP identification, marker development, experimental design for cloning projects, sequencing and sequence analysis. The Genomics core researches and conducts trials of software products and web-based services necessary for its functions. We also utilize multiple software packages and services available through the NIH and NCI licenses and provide assistance for the researchers using or planning to use these products.
