NDEP Releases GAME PLAN Diabetes Prevention Toolkit
The Small Steps. Big Reward. Prevent type 2 Diabetes campaign is designed to increase awareness among health care providers and people at risk for type 2 diabetes that the disease can be prevented or delayed through increased physical activity and a modest weight loss of 5 to 7 percent of body weight.
