Comments The EPA reentry interval is 24 hours for emulsifiable concentrate or wettable powder if workers are not wearing protective clothing. Chlorpyrifos is classified as "moderately toxic." [EXTOXNET] A small number of the organophosphates (OPs) can Induce Delayed Neuropathy (OPIDN). OPIDN usually occurs after ingestion and is usually nonoccupational. [Levy, p. 572]
