collection is twice daily in all buildings.

to a satellite, mailroom, with a request that is dispatched in the manner designated.
For Express Mail and Foreign Mail Service, call 301-496-3586 to obtain the proper
forms to be used.
Express and Special Delivery Mail from the U.S. Postal Service is delivered to the NIH
Central Mail Room, 301 N. Stonestreet Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20892.
