Officers, of the Division of NCI and all Administrative Officers and Administrative
Assistants who have been granted delegations for this authority by the
Division of Procurement on a form NIH 1167-2, may now authorize the procurement
of manuscript publication costs up to a maximum of $1,000 per order and
reprints without covers up to $500 per order. Please review NIH Instruction
