The Division of Enterprise and Custom Applications (DECA) supports the NIH through development and management of administrative and business applications. We know the business both in the laboratory and in the office. DECA offers experienced analysts, developers, and project managers who are committed to providing top-notch service backed by technical excellence. We deliver high quality critical projects effectively. DECA provides centralized modern application development capability to the NIH, HHS and other federal agencies and manages a hundred plus software projects annually touching tens of thousands of users. We also provide advisory services for evaluating technical proposals as well as COTS and GOTS products to ensure compliance with NIH 's Integrated Enterprise and IT Architecture.
