Quality Assurance Program

The Acquisition Planning and Specifications Branch (APSB), Division of Acquisition Programs (DAP), Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO) assists all owners/users of scientific equipment in solving quality related performance and service problems with equipment contractors. The APSB can provide assistance in motivating the contractor to support/maintain the instrument. If for some reason an alternate source for maintenance is required, APSB can provide other sources.
