CaseControlIndGX Readme File
- Download the zip file and unpack it in an appropriate directory.
- In MATLAB, use the (file--> set path) menu to add the directory to the search path in which the files have been placed.
- The main function the user needs to call is 'CaCoIndGX'.
- Please read the header of the CaCoIndGX.m file for instruction about the input and output arguments.
- MATLAB code illustrating use of the function for analysis of Israeli ovarian cancer dataset with simulated genetic variable is given in the isocPseudoG.m file.
