National Children’s Study
Ms. Keim serves on the scientific team developing and implementing the Study and is also responsible for overseeing the administrative and communications functions. She also represents the NICHD on the Interagency Coordinating Committee. Prior to coming to the National Children’s Study, Ms. Keim spent time at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the Office of Legislative Policy and Analysis (NIH), the U.S. House of Representatives Commerce Committee, and the National Cancer Institute. She has also worked at the state government level for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the University of Wisconsin Extension Nutrition Education Programs. Ms. Keim holds a BA degree in Environmental Science and Government from the College of William and Mary, a MA degree in Public Affairs and Administration, and a MS degree in Land Resources, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently working towards a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
