#854Mac OS 10.5 Support Essentials
 
Description:
An intensive. three-day, hands-on course that provides an in-depth exploration of troubleshooting on Mac OS X. This course is designed to give you an understanding of the functionality of Mac OS X and the best methods for effectively supporting users of Mac OS X systems. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience.

This course will prepare you to take the Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.5 Exam (9L0-402) which leads to the Apple Certified Support Professional 10.5.

NOTE: If you are with the Division of Customer Support and are a contractor, you are REQUIRED to commit to take and pass the certification exam. See your manager to discuss.
