Description:
This course will be an overview and tutorial for Microsoft Unified Communications comprised of Office Communication Server 2007, Office Communicator 2007, Exchange 2007, and Outlook 2007.
 
Objectives:
In the session, you will learn about:
  • Instant Messaging
  • managing IM conversations
  • understanding and utilizing Presence information (Calendar Free, Busy, on Phone, etc.)
  • enter multiparty IM sessions
  • Video Conference calls
  • sharing applications and collaborating in Real Time
  • Understanding how Exchange can be the Unified Messaging “inbox” for all your communications modes, like Instant Messages, faxes, voice mail, and emails.
