Strategic Management of Human Capital

The NIH Training Center is an integral part of the NIH Human Capital Strategy planning team. Under the President's Management Agenda, the NIHTC assists in the planning and implementation of the Strategic Management of Human Capital in the areas of:

• Developing succession strategies;
• Developing structured career and leadership development programs;
• Reducing skill gaps in mission critical occupations and competencies;
• Integrating e-gov as it relates to the e-training initiative.
