    Administrative Training Committee (ATC) Information


    The Role of the ATC in the NIH Internship and Fellowship Programs

    The Administrative Training Committee is the governing and advising body responsible for the oversight and management of the NIH Management Intern (MI) Program, the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program, the HHS Emerging Leaders (EL) Program, and the NIH Administrative Fellows Program (AFP). The ATC develops and implements all of the current policies for all the intern/fellows programs and members are directly responsible for the programs' design, administrative supervision and management, and decision-making. Other functions include the recruitment, selection, and mentoring of these interns and fellows.
