Internet Assisted Review @ NIH
NIH follows a dual review system based on two sequential levels of review for each grant application - an initial peer review and a second-level review by NIH National Advisory Councils. NIH's initial review is performed either by the Center for Scientific Research or an Institute or Center Review Group that reviews and evaluates the scientific merit of research grant applications. The Internet Assisted Review module facilitates the initial review of grant applications.
