Architectural foundation recognizes University Chapel
The Alabama Architectural Foundation recently awarded Tuskegee University a Distinguished Building Award for the University's Chapel. The award recognizes buildings over 25 years old which are still considered exemplary and noteworthy. Marching Crimson Pipers make sixth Battle of the Bands appearance
The Marching Crimson Piper Band made their sixth appearance in the seventh annual Honda Battle of the Bands Invitational Showcase on Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The Tuskegee band and nine other Historically Black Colleges and Universities' bands were chosen through a combination of online voting by fans and a selection process involving HBCU band directors and university presidents.
