When:		Tuesday, November 4, 1997 9:45 a.m. Please arrive by 9:30 a.m. Seating in the tent is limited and some attendees may have to stand during the ceremony.
Where:		In front of the Clinical Center (Building 10) on Center Drive, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland.
The project:		The Mark O. Hatfield Clinical Research Center will stand as a symbol of excellence in patient care and clinical research.
Background:		The Clinical Center is a part of the National Institutes of Health.
