Position Description: A postdoctoral position is available to study the role of BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes in DNA repair, tumorigenesis and normal growth & development using mouse models. Functional analysis will be performed in transgenic and knockout mice as well as in mouse embryonic stem cells using genetic, cell biological, and molecular techniques.
Experience Required: A strong background in molecular biology and biochemistry is required, and knowledge of mouse genetics or cancer genetics is preferred.
