Position Description: Postdoctoral position is available for highly motivated, energetic candidates with interests in studying the underlying systems leading to Pediatric tumors in particular neuroblastoma. We aim to develop novel therapies based on an understanding of the tumor cell biology. Individuals with a background in developmental biology/ stem cells, epigenetic regulation or signal transduction are encouraged to apply. Our laboratory's research is currently focused on: mechanisms of differentiation in pediatric tumors and transcriptional control of differentiation in normal model systems and tumor cells. Approaches include molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry, cell biology and animal modeling.
Experience Required: Applicants must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. Less than five years of postdoctoral experience is preferred.
