A Word About Our New Web Site

Welcome to the new website for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  The new site has all of the content of the old one, though many documents have been updated, including the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, Ninth Circuit Rules and General Orders.  Many documents are now offered as both web pages and PDFs.

We’ve added RSS feeds, so that you can automatically learn of new content on our web site. RSS feeds are available at this time for Opinions, Memorandum Dispositions, Announcements and Cases of Interest. Click on any of the orange RSS icons to add an RSS bookmark to your web browser or RSS reader. For more information on RSS feeds, click here.

We’ve also added a Mediation web page, click here, with links to information about the court’s successful mediation and settlement program.

The web site is an ongoing project. In the near future, we plan to add a portal to other courts within the circuit, legal resources and the Ninth Circuit Library.  We count on your suggestions for further resources we should add to the web site, and how we can improve it to better serve the public. Let us know what you think of the changes: Click “Suggestions” below to send us an email with your feedback and ideas.
