The new NIAMS brochure Questions and Answers About Epidermolysis Bullosa describes the disease and its symptoms and contains information about diagnosis, treatment, and research. Epidermolysis bullosa is a group of blistering skin conditions. Up to 12,000 people in the United States are estimated to have some form of this ailment.
