Procedure
Use this module to indicate which applications with scores beyond the payline should be considered for selective pay or R56-Bridge funding.
Program officers
- Access this module no later than one month before the pre-Council meeting.
- You will see the Gray Zone parameters screen, which shows the due date for comments displayed in red. Select a division, one or more PCC codes, one or more Council dates, and lower and upper percentile limits.
- In the Gray Zone Comments screen, describe the merits of each application in the Notes column. Comments or justifications for the selective pay and R56-Bridge nominations must indicate why the other applications are being passed over.
- To nominate an application for an R56-Bridge award, enter a "B" in the Type column. This will highlight the record in blue. Use the R56-Bridge awards module to check on the status of
applications, rank applications, and determine which applications are
still available
for award.
- To nominate an application for a select pay award, enter an "S" in the Type column. This will highlight the record in green. To rank applications, use the select pay awards
module.
