Northeast Document Conservation Center (NEDCC): (978) 470-1010 (24/7): Territory: northeastern states, but will provide telephone advice to anyone about response to and recovery from a disaster that impacts library collections.
SOLINET: (800) 999-8558 (24/7): Territory: southeastern states–advice about saving collections, health and safety measures in an emergency, referrals to commercial salvage companies, etc.
WESTPAS: 888-905-7737 (24/7): Territory: western and Pacific states and territories–telephone consultations to provide advice and help in a collection-related disaster.
Emergency Response and Salvage Wheel: available from Heritage Preservation; for immediate response/salvage activities, concise, comprehensive, affordable–great to have on hand for quick reference in an emergency.
