You can make a difference in diabetes prevention and control by taking an active role in this important program. The National Diabetes Education Program would like to know how your organization could partner with us to spread the word about diabetes prevention and control; promote the NDEP's resources; link your website to ours; use the NDEP copyright free materials that work for your audience; tap into the NDEP's resources to plan diabetes activities; and develop your own ideas for diabetes education activities. If you haven't already done so, discover the many materials and tools for delivering the messages and find out what's new.

If you or your organization is active at the local or state level, the NDEP encourages you to join your State Diabetes Prevention and Control Program's efforts to expand the reach of the NDEP messages and activities. These programs are existing members of the NDEP Partnership Network.
