Abstract: Male breast cancer (MBC) is a rare disease, which accounts for an annual estimate of 0.2% of all cancers and 0.1% of all cancer deaths in men in the US, with approximately 1,690 new breast cancer cases and 460 breast cancer-specific deaths among men per year. We present the long-term follow-up of a prospective study of MBC with node positive disease treated with adjuvant chemotherapy.
