Ms. Teri Ann Pailen is a Senior Grants Management Specialist with the Grants Management Branch within NIDDK. Prior to joining NIDDK in December 2004, she was a Grants Management Specialist with NIAID. Ms. Pailen has been employed with the Department of Health and Human Services for 19 years. Most of her service has been with the National Institutes of Health along with a 3 year assignment with the Health Resources and Services Administration. Ms. Pailen holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
