Biosketch:
Mr. Todd Le is a Grants Management Specialist with the Grants Management Branch (GMB) of the National Institute of Diabetes & Digestive & Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Prior to joining GMB in December 2004, he was the Program Technical Assistant, then a Program Analyst for the Division of Kidney, Urologic, and Hematologic Diseases. He worked for a private company, MCI Telecommunications, for 11 years prior to his Federal career at the National Institutes of Health. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
