eRA Project Management Team

Chaired by Dr. Israel I. Lederhendler, the eRA Project Management Team comprises senior managers and business area and functional group advocates. The Team is responsible for the design, development, deployment and continual evolution and improvement of eRA as an enterprise resource that satisfies the requirements of the NIH leadership. The eRA Project Management Team approves the business plans from the community and developed by the advocates so that funds can be released for development efforts. The Team monitors costs and schedules, and has the authority to make all decisions necessary for the implementation of eRA, including reconciliation of differences between functional, technical and policy groups.
