Standard Operating Procedure Table of Contents

 

Purpose

To name contractor or subcontractor personnel included in an award who are essential to accomplishing its work.

Procedure

Key personnel are part of the terms and conditions of a contract.

Contractors

  • If you would like to change key personnel during a contract, send a written request that includes a justification for the change to your contracting officer.
  • In your justification, name proposed substitutes and provide enough detail, including curricula vitae, to let contracting officers and project officers evaluate the impact.

  • Evaluate the change and justification, including CVs of proposed substitutes.
  • Discuss and document with the contracting officer the overall impact of change on contract.
  • Forward approval or disapproval of change to the contracting officer.
