Pat Batey manages the budgets for the individual branches and the Office of the Associate Director for the Behavioral Research Program and provides ongoing updates on project costs and other budget matters. She develops and maintains contracts within the program and division director’s office, as well as agreements with other NIH Institutes and external federal agencies. She works with the Administrative Resource Center to quickly identify and resolve issues within the program and works closely with the ARC to monitor program spending. Pat acts as liaison with the ARC for the scientific staff, Branch Chiefs and DEAS staff within the Behavioral Research program in matters of budget and travel.
