NvAssignIn the cluster peaks section there have been two additions. First, two buttons have been added to the menu bar. 'Link Intralist' creates links among the peaks in each list (defined in the preferences of the NvAssign module) that are within a certain proximity of each other. 'Link Interlist' then creates clusters of peaks among the lists. Second, the tolerences that both of these algorithms use can be set in the section below the side-bar in a similar way to the filter peaks step.
NOTE: The lists must be linked intralist before clusters can be made with the ‘Link Interlist’ button. After the clusters are made information about them will be listed in the tk_con window. |
