New Registration Procedures for the WALS Lunch Networking Opportunity for Graduate Students and Post Doctoral Fellows at the NIH Bethesda campus, surrounding area, and Frederick and Baltimore facilities.

Hello Everyone,
To help reduce the amount of email traffic that you all receive each and every day, we have created a registration website for those Post Doctoral Fellows (IRTA, CRTA, Clinical, Visiting, and Research) and Graduate Students interested in participating in the FAES (Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences) sponsored WALS lunches that occur weekly on the NIH Bethesda Campus. This site will allow you to indicate which date you would be interested in attending.

This email is to serve notice that there will be no more weekly announcements regarding WALS Lunch seating availability.

As it was in the case of responding to weekly WALS Lunch announcements, submission to this site is not a guarantee of a seat to the lunch you are interested in. The filling of available seats is on a first come, first served basis, i.e. the order in which fellows submit. One week before the lunch those fellows who are signed up will be notified by email whether they are registered for the lunch or have been put on a wait list. Any seat cancellations will go to those on the wait list in the order in which they signed up.
