Grants Management Assessment Tool
The self-assessment tool allows employees to reflect on their strengths and areas for improvement related to the key competencies of top performance in their occupation. Why is this useful? For employees, it provides a vehicle for discussions with their supervisors on the training and development activities they will focus on during the year. For NIH, the assessment results will help identify areas where we need to offer training opportunities to fill competency gaps.
Your self-assessment is anonymous. Although you need to log in to get to the assessment link (this prevents external visitors from taking this assessment), once you are at the link there is no connection to you or your computer.
