Abstract: (CIT): Center for Cancer Research - National Cancer Institute Grand Rounds. Dr. Billiar is the George Vance Foster Professor and Chair of the Department of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Billiar received his MD from the University of Chicago and surgical training at the University of Minnesota and the University of Pittsburgh.
