DescriptionThe main goals of this workshop are to gain a better understanding of the applications and limitations of existing humanized immune system mouse models; determine which model(s) would be most beneficial to advance knowledge of human immune responses to infectious and immune-mediated diseases; and identify methods for development and assessment of such models.
