NIH Transition Center
The NIH Transition Center provides strategic planning support and career transition assistance to NIH Federal staff (managers and employees). Our services offer you valuable resources for managing workplace changes due to Administration or Departmental initiatives like competitive sourcing A-76 or other NIH-wide restructuring activities.
The Center provides human resources advisory services to the study teams carrying out the A-76 process, and serves as a dedicated resource for managers and employees during the transition period. In addition, the Center offers a wide range of programs, workshops and skills training options, individual career counseling sessions and job development support to assist employees and managers at every stage of the change process.
