Joan Becker manages the Behavioral Research Program global support contract with Westat, approving tasks and budget allocations. Joan is the liaison between the Program and the Division of Extramural Activities Support and the Administrative Resource Center. Joan handles “all things” personnel and is responsible for orienting all new staff. She is also responsible for managing office space, property, and is a purchase card holder for the Program. Joan has been a member of DCCPS since its inception in 1998 and has a great deal of historical knowledge about the Program and its staff.
