Cancer Molecular Analysis Project (CMAP)

Description:
CMAP is designed to enable researchers to identify and evaluate molecular targets in cancer. Four category headings allow researchers to quickly find information.

  • Molecular Profiles: Find the 50 genes with the highest or lowers expression in cancerous or normal tissue.
  • Molecular Targets: Collections of genes organized by pathways and functional classification.
  • Molecular Targeted Agents: Search for agents with CMAP targets and/or CTEP protocols.
  • Therapeutic Trials: Information on cancer clinical trials evaluating molecular targeted agents.
