NEMS Teams - Implementation Team

The NEMS Implementation Team is a cross-functional team comprised of program leads, working group leads, and others as needed to represent a cross section of NIH. The NEMS Implementation Team ensures the overall maintenance of the NEMS and is kept apprised of the accomplishments of the working groups as well as any barriers which may need to be overcome. The Implementation Team then informs the SMT when barriers are identified which need additional resources or management support.

The Implementation Team meets at least quarterly and also reports progress on a quarterly basis to the SMT.
