Overview

Introduction

You don’t have to travel to meet. With Adobe Connect software and a webcam, CSR offers video-enhanced discussion (VED) as an alternative approach to smaller face-to-face review meetings. If you have access to high speed internet, you can participate in a video conference review meeting in your home or office. Check to see if your network connection supports LAN speed.

Speed is OK? Great! You can use Breeze. Go on and read the overview, details for software and hardware setup and procedures for how to participate in a review meeting; then watch the short video clips that show you about the software installation, audio setup and the user interface. When you are comfortable with the software and procedures, come back do a live-test!

Seeing is believing. Let’s start.

What to Expect?

  • 6 Weeks before the meeting: You will receive an Introductory Email.
  • 5 Weeks: A user account will be created for you to participate in the Review Meeting.  You will receive an email from CIT indicating that your account has been created.  Please save your login name and password.
  • 5 Weeks: CSR will send you a WebCam.
  • 4 Weeks: Install the WebCam on your PC or Mac.
  • 3 Weeks: Access the test site, and install the add-in software for the Breeze meeting.
  • 2 Weeks: Test Adobe Connect software with VED technical support before the Mock Review Meeting, to familiarized yourself with the Adobe Connect system.
  • 2 Weeks: Expect to receive your meeting notice (by email). If not, contact your SRO.
  • 1 Week: Plan to participate in a Mock Meeting with the SRO.
